Why Willpower & Discipline Don’t Work

Are you telling a story of failure around your wellness?

What kind of story do YOU tell? The story you tell represents your mental and emotional blueprint around your wellness and your weight loss. What’s coming out of your mouth is showing you what is deeply embedded in your mindset. In other words, you cannot create the body of your dreams while you hate it, shame it, and “should” it to death! You can’t talk about what you should have done, what somebody else is doing, and shaming your own process to get where you want to go.

You must tell a new story! You must create a brand new mental and emotional blueprint so that your body can follow your mind to your dream of what it is that you want to create.
