Intentional Goal Setting

Are you tired of setting wellness goals and then slipping up? Are you frustrated with yourself for cheating on your plan? Do you get discouraged when you stumble?

If you have started and stopped over and over, you might have built a belief that you’ll never succeed.

Did you know that there is a simple 3 step process that will transform that experience forever?

  1. Create a gentle, easy plan that you can accomplish with simplicity everyday. Include something you want to add and something that you want to release.

  2. Check-in with your mindset three times a day and ask yourself, “How do I feel?” Realign your confidence with your goal.

  3. Move into action.

I’m not just sharing this with you as wisdom, but as my own personal experience. I used these three simple steps myself and it’s the most important thing I’ve ever done.

If you are setting unrealistic goals, you are sabotaging yourself. If you don’t check in with your energy before you move into action, you can check it off your list, but your mindset is keeping score. Your mindset takes into account that you are trying to force it to do something that it is not in alignment with. Guess what? You will create tension between your mind and body and that is a recipe for failure.
