Break Unhealthy Habits

Do you have thought patterns, belief habits, and behavioral habits that are sabotaging your weight loss and wellness goals? Do you find yourself disappointed in  your consistent late night snacking? Devouring entire bags of chips or cartons of ice cream? Are you falling into behaviors and thoughts  that sabotage your self love and self care? Are you staying up too late and not getting a good night’s sleep? Indulging in worry thoughts; self doubt; or obsessing about a number on the scale?

Those habitual behaviors started early in life and, believe it or not,  they are always designed around helping you feel something different. To create a change and pivot into new behaviors, the first thing you have to learn to do is notice and STOP.

Habits are created over time with repetition over time with emotion. Ask yourself what is behind the need to self-medicate with food? What is driving you to reengage in these old thought, belief, and behavioral patterns? All patterns are created to support us in one way or another: comfort, happiness, meeting our needs, etc. Once you have a sense of awareness, you can begin to understand why you are behaving in a certain way and then make a choice to change. You can stop the old habit and move in a new direction.

It’s not easy to do it all by yourself, so I’m inviting you to join my community and allow me to support you with Neuro Tools, training, coaching, and accountability tools. I want to share these with you for free, so that you can try it out for yourself with no obligation. When you apply these resources to your goal, no matter what program or products you choose to use for wellness, you’ll finally be able to stick to your plan and achieve the results you have been dreaming about.
