Brain Boss Techniques for Weight Loss

Are your thoughts sabotaging your weight loss goals? If you aren’t happy with where you are, you keep yo-yoing, you stop and start, and you’re being controlled by your cravings; then your thoughts are getting in the way. When you say, “I am…”; it’s a command to your mind to behave a certain way.

→ I’m stuck.

→ I’m overwhelmed.

→ I’m frustrated.

Thought is a creative force. What’s happening is your brain is processing your “I am” statement as its top level command. Your brain doesn’t understand ‘not’ doing something, either! It understands doing something. In other words, “Stop eating chocolate” translates to “eating chocolate”. The way you are thinking is actually creating the “stuckness”!

*“I’m stuck” means “stay stuck!”

*“I’m not going to eat chocolate” means “I’m going to eat chocolate!”

Our mind, in its confusion, follows the strongest message. It repeats the pattern of our past. We look at the results and see the confirmation. It validates our false beliefs that we are stuck, that we have no willpower, that we cannot change. None of that is true. When you understand how your brain is wired and how to rewire your brain for optimum health, wellness, and weight; your body will follow your mind and your mind will create anything–at will–with ease, grace, and speed!

I want to support you by giving you some special tools and techniques in our free training so that you can become the master of your mindset and turn it into an ICAN mindset!
