The #1 Weight Loss Mindset Block

Have you ever said, “I can do anything for 30 days?”

The #1 sabotage for hitting your wellness and weight loss goals is a temporary mindset.

If you decide to set huge and outrageous goals for going to the gym, meditating everyday, drinking only water, going on a strict diet plan, or something else; then your brain amps up and sends a message that agrees to do it for a short period of time because after that, you can go back to your old ways.

A temporary mindset sabotages your long term success by implying that you are only having a short term experience. You say to yourself, “I’ll restrict. I’ll use discipline. I’ll use willpower.” Your mind is making a temporary agreement, knowing that it can go back to familiar behaviors soon–and it does!

This is one of the greatest challenges of making change; but, it’s one of the easiest things that you can fix!

By approaching your wellness and weight loss with a permanent lifestyle of ease, flow, and joy; your brain says, “I can do this all day, everyday! This is the easiest thing I have ever done.”

How do you do that? You do have to transform some of the mindset habits, patterns, and triggers from the past. But, it’s also a process of letting go of an extreme approach.

You can choose a softer, cleaner path. You an choose a path that allows you to love every single moment of every single day of the journey while your body is finding its balance; your energy and mindset are returning; you are moving back into harmony with your body so you can look at yourself in the mirror and say, “That was easy!”

I lost 50+ pounds five years ago, didn’t receive the weight back, and continue my wellness journey for the rest of my life by changing one core belief that was wreaking havoc in my life: a temporary mindset.

If you want to rewire your brain and set yourself up to be better than the 1% of dieters who lose the weight and keep the weight off; achieve lifelong joy and happiness by building a relationship with your body, food, movement, meditation, and anything that you have decided is important, I want to help you do that!

I’m inviting you to try take a peek at our free training that will explain how MINDpower can help you achieve your wellness and weight loss goals!
