The following Terms and Conditions of The ICAN Institute Affiliate Program is a legally binding agreement between The ICAN Institute and the Affiliate. Please read fully before joining. By checking the box, indicating acceptance and filling out the rest of the form, are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

In the event of non-compliance with the following terms by the Affiliate, The ICAN Institute reserves the right to cancel and terminate their use of the program and deactivate the affiliate’s account, without any further obligation or liability on the part of The ICAN Institute.

Affiliate Registration
To actively participate in this program, affiliates must be at least 18 years of age, and supply tax classification. We are obligated to send a 1099 form at the beginning of each calendar year if we have paid out more than $600 of commission. In order to do that, we will need a valid tax identification number, which would be a social security number for individuals or a federal tax identification number for corporations and/or entities.

Terms of Use Summary:
This agreement may be updated or modified at any time.
Affiliates must be at least 18 and supply a tax ID or social security number.
Affiliates cannot solicit direct business with merchants.
ICAN Institute warrants the programs and content available.

Each time a prospect clicks your affiliate tracking link, our software will track your prospect for 30 days. If the prospect buys during this period, you will earn your specified product commission. Recurring commissions can be earned on subscriptions for up to 6 months.

Commissions are paid on the first business day of every month via PayPal.
Commissions earned are paid 30 days after the prior month’s end. For example: Your January commission payment will arrive on the first business day of March.

Product refunds and making your own purchases using your affiliate link will be deducted from your monthly commission payments.
